this is another pic i found a while ago while skimming thru my photo archives. meet Abel Wong, my nerdy looking self back in highschool and Aaron Wong. my hair and nerdiness aside, i guess its safe to say that the 3 of us look alike hey. thing is, Abel and Aaron are both brothers but with me in between, i'm the youngest among the 3 and we're pretty tight together hey.

how we met?

ahaha that's a funny story to tell. funny to us 3, that is. i was 12, UPSR just ended and i was being my naughty and bratty self, going around church, making fun of people and stuff. i didnt know the both of them then and i made fun of Aaron (haha) and he acted pissed and all. plus, Abel did a great job trying to hold him back from beating me up. i was pissed scared, ran off and hid in a corner lol. anyways, i came out, talked to them bit by bit, saw that we cliqued and hey, we became friends.

what held us tight together was mainly the Youth Ministry in church which we had the 1st thing in common. we started hanging out, played table tennis together, jogged together, hung out at church together, went on trips together, did crazy stuff together, sat and talked about life, spiritual life, girls, God, friendships, relationships, family, future and everything in general then. it was fun hey, we grew up together, went thru stuff together, learned new stuff together and i guess the best part was that we expanded each other's view whenever we learned something new. ever eager to share and care. we hung out so much that people actually thought were 3 bros rather and 2 bros+1 friend lol.

we looked after each other's backs and we started a worship team along with Leonard (worship leader, guitar), Joseph (Drums) and Judy (Piano/Keyboard). Aaron played the bass guitar for the team, followed by Abel much after and I was the backup singer for the team. Practice was held every Saturday of the week and we practiced Christian praise and worship songs over and over again till we got the hang of things. we started off with zero talents and a 100% passion and rose up as one of the leading musicians and singers of our church. in just 2 years, it was confirmed by Pastor Christopher Long of SIB KL that we were as good as Planetshakers (he works directly with them). the youth ministry's worship team was thriving like mad! that was till things died out coz no one wanted to step up :/

this was taken only 3 months ago, when i went back to Miri for a weekshort holiday :] i like my hair ;p

Abel still looks the same albeit a few gained pounds and Aaron has grown less fat and more buff while... his head's been dropping out on hair :/

Me? yeah, i was thinner then. a lil meaty now :p and hey, judge for yourself :]

been diggin thru my photo archives lately and came across a number of pics which have stories attached to it. this is one of them hey.

took this pic when i was visiting Bukit Tinggi along with my relatives here in Selangor. i was walking by the corridor of this huge castle like building when i noticed the intricate patterns of the railings. i knelt down to check out the patterns and that was when i saw that small street lamp, thru the middle of this particular pattern.

immediately, i was reminded that hey, God's always here whenever i walk on a darkened path. He's always there, just like this street lamp, shining thru, ever waiting for us to come back to Him whenever we fall astray.

i've done so many wrong things up till now and i'm sure there'll be more coming up in the future. but my God is always there, ever forgiving and ever willing to take me back whenever, wherever, and however screwed up i may become. i'm just really grateful that there IS always Him to depend on whenever everyone seems to give a cold shoulder.

and i walked off, alone, along that darkened corridor, smiling to myself knowing that my God is always there, even when i cannot see... ever shining...

now i just really feel like dancing to some smooth r&b hey. feels weird whenever i get sudden pangs of wanting to chillout and sway/pop to the music. but when i look around me, i'm in public and i nope, i still dont have the guts to dance in public lol. unless the atmosphere's there along with loud music+bass, people having fun just as i am, strobing lights, and friends to enjoy the time with. sigh* this will all be gone when i return to miri... :/ I WANNA DANCE!

this just reminds me of all the blessings i've had so far and i'm just so grateful that they came in so many different packages but came, nontheless. learned something new about myself on tuesday and it wasnt nescessarily a good thing abt myself but hey, i'm striving to be the best of who i can be :]

i lost my phone last friday right after eating lunch. david, andrew and joel just ended their jamming session for ADP halloween party 08' and joined them for dinner. it must've dropped out of my beach pant's pocket coz the pocket gets lose now and then and there's only ONE pocket. ah crap crap crap crap! was sooo kan chiong coz my SIM still had RM200+ over to be used haha! but at that time, the guys were headed to Sunway Pyramid to buy some face paint for the party. so i went there, retrieved my SIM with all my credit intact (THANK GOD!) and bought a new phone all in a span of 2 hours after i lost my nokia lol.

and i got a..... Sony Ericsson G900!!!

dad wasn't so happy when he found out about the phone tho. i tried calling him and mom on their cells and just couldn't call thru during the whole 2 hours. dad almost went ballistic when he found out abt the price... which i stoned when he asked me why i spent so much money. ah shit, i don't know what to say.

and i am SURE that my bugger of a frn CCZ will want to smother his huge, fugly, oily hands all over my new phone once i get back to miri. niamah, dun kacau k!

oh wow, it's been 2 months since i've updated this dead blog lol. but i'm kinda sad now. u guys know that Chivas branded bag i got for free when i bought the bottle of Chivas? it's lost. well, someone stole it when i was playing pool at Club 9.

well, everyone's been asking how i got them. honestly, their my grandma's ahaha! i actually called up my aunt, Aunt Connie, told her about my plan, visited grandma at the hospital along with her and she told me she'd help swipe one of grandma's diapers for me ahah! as i went out to buy the pacifier from the nearby pharmacy, Aunt Connie told grandma about my plan and when i got back, grandma was smiling and laughing at me ahahah! so i took that as a green light i use one of her diapers! real sporty for a 79 year old ey?

thing is, the adult diaper was sized L and i'm a size M. so i had to make some adjustments here and there and ended up having a bulk of excess diaper in between my thighs, below my crotch. so yeah, u can actually guess that when i sat down to have dinner with my friends (dressed up nicely with sinlget and diaper underneath), my A-hole went numb was walking became a challenge for me lol! felt kinda embarassed tho, coz the diaper made my ass look so much bigger than it ady is when i had it under my beach pants.
