this is another pic i found a while ago while skimming thru my photo archives. meet Abel Wong, my nerdy looking self back in highschool and Aaron Wong. my hair and nerdiness aside, i guess its safe to say that the 3 of us look alike hey. thing is, Abel and Aaron are both brothers but with me in between, i'm the youngest among the 3 and we're pretty tight together hey.

how we met?

ahaha that's a funny story to tell. funny to us 3, that is. i was 12, UPSR just ended and i was being my naughty and bratty self, going around church, making fun of people and stuff. i didnt know the both of them then and i made fun of Aaron (haha) and he acted pissed and all. plus, Abel did a great job trying to hold him back from beating me up. i was pissed scared, ran off and hid in a corner lol. anyways, i came out, talked to them bit by bit, saw that we cliqued and hey, we became friends.

what held us tight together was mainly the Youth Ministry in church which we had the 1st thing in common. we started hanging out, played table tennis together, jogged together, hung out at church together, went on trips together, did crazy stuff together, sat and talked about life, spiritual life, girls, God, friendships, relationships, family, future and everything in general then. it was fun hey, we grew up together, went thru stuff together, learned new stuff together and i guess the best part was that we expanded each other's view whenever we learned something new. ever eager to share and care. we hung out so much that people actually thought were 3 bros rather and 2 bros+1 friend lol.

we looked after each other's backs and we started a worship team along with Leonard (worship leader, guitar), Joseph (Drums) and Judy (Piano/Keyboard). Aaron played the bass guitar for the team, followed by Abel much after and I was the backup singer for the team. Practice was held every Saturday of the week and we practiced Christian praise and worship songs over and over again till we got the hang of things. we started off with zero talents and a 100% passion and rose up as one of the leading musicians and singers of our church. in just 2 years, it was confirmed by Pastor Christopher Long of SIB KL that we were as good as Planetshakers (he works directly with them). the youth ministry's worship team was thriving like mad! that was till things died out coz no one wanted to step up :/

this was taken only 3 months ago, when i went back to Miri for a weekshort holiday :] i like my hair ;p

Abel still looks the same albeit a few gained pounds and Aaron has grown less fat and more buff while... his head's been dropping out on hair :/

Me? yeah, i was thinner then. a lil meaty now :p and hey, judge for yourself :]
